Throughout life, I have had some ups and downs regarding my personal health and fitness.
When I was young, I used to shop in the "husky boys" section when purchasing clothes. Poor fitness and food choices kept me there.
In my early 20's, I thought it would be advantageous to starve myself and get skinny. I did, but I learned that it wasn't the best way to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
In my early 30's, I finally got everything together. I did not limit my caloric intake, but I looked at the foods I was eating, and took a bunch of different gym classes, worked with multiple personal trainers, watched Youtube videos, etc. I found success but had to sort out what exercises worked and what didn't.
I liked the way felt but always felt a sense of social anxiety and judgement when I was at the gym. During this period, I was determined to find a balanced full body workout plan that could be done with the "right" equipment.
After years of finding equipment, with some working and others not working, I was able to develop a consistent routine for a full body workout, which hits most of the parts of the body for which I was able to flow through with minimal workout rest periods, maximizing my time efficiency. All in the comfort of my own home! More or less, the gym generally smells funny, I don't enjoy people watching me, and I prefer working out in the comfort of my own home (with my dog close-by :) )
For this reason, I founded MAKE AMERICA BUFF AGAIN Personal Training, wishing to share this experience and expertise with you by offering my services as a mobile personal trainer, helping you achieve your goals with your health and fitness needs in your home, providing both my expertise and equipment directly to you!
